Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Philippine public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
2. Shipping Fee & Delivery Area
We deliver to all regions across the Philippines.

Standard shipping fee: ₱130
Free standard shipping for orders over ₱1600

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Manila: 7–10 business days
Provincial areas: 10–15 business days

Please note that delays may happen due to bad weather, customs inspection or logistics backlog, which are beyond our control.
4. Customs & Taxes
According to local regulations, all import duties, VAT and clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer. Our store will not cover any related charges. Please provide accurate name, address and phone number to ensure smooth delivery.
5. Shipment Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the parcel is dispatched. You can check logistics status online anytime.
6. Undeliverable Parcels
If the package is returned because of wrong address, invalid contact or recipient refusal, the return freight will be at the buyer's cost. Parcels detained by customs for over 90 days will be disposed of in accordance with local rules with no refund.
7. Reminder
We comply with Philippine import rules. Orders containing prohibited items will be cancelled, and only product fees will be refunded.
